The Wolves are 3-0 on their last five visits to the New York Knicks, beating the Knicks at Madison Square Garden, a win over the New Orleans Pelicans, a home win over Milwaukee, and a victory over Miami.
The last time the Wolves faced the Knicks was on April 2, 2017, when the Wolves took a 117-104 win.
The only other time the Timberwolves have faced the New Jersey Nets was in February of 2017, in a game that the Wolves lost 111-100.
On that night, the Wolves had a win total of 16, and were one of just six teams in the league to go winless in four straight games.
They also have gone winless on their two trips to Brooklyn in 2017-18.
They have won 11 of their last 14 games at Madison and eight of their 11 visits to New York.
The Timberwolves have also won seven of their eight games at Barclays Center this season, going 6-4 there.
Their last victory came on February 23, when they held the Brooklyn Nets to just 10 points on 6-of-15 shooting.
Minnesota was the only team in the NBA to win at Madison, going 3-2.
Minnesota has won seven straight at home against the Nets and nine of the last 10 overall.
The Nets have won their last two meetings against the Timberwolves, including the most recent matchup on April 5, when New York took a 113-107 win at MSG.
Brooklyn’s offense has been particularly dominant in the past two games.
The Brooklyn Nets have averaged 107.6 points per game in the three games since the Wolves returned from a six-game trip.
That’s a significant improvement over their average of 102.4 points per contest over the previous four games, which included the three wins.
The Minnesota Timberwolves average 103.4 on the season, which ranks fourth in the Western Conference.
New York’s offense is also particularly efficient at the rim, shooting 40.7 percent from the field in their two wins.
They are shooting a blistering 48.2 percent from deep in those two wins, and the Wolves are shooting just 39.5 percent overall.
Brooklyn has won its last four meetings with the Minnesota Wolves, including wins over the Nets in 2017, where they scored 90 points.
New Jersey has won five straight overall, including three of the past four matchups at Madison.
The season series has been split between the two teams, with New Jersey winning five of the previous five matchups in Brooklyn.
The Knicks have won eight of the 10 meetings this season.
Newyork has scored 106.8 points per 100 possessions in the two games this season against Minnesota, with a 98.7 mark in the previous three meetings.
Minnesota is averaging 103.3 points per team in its last six games at home, which is fourth in a row.
Brooklyn is averaging 107.8 in the home market, while New York is averaging 102.7.
